Risks to your pedigree pals range from highly contagious fungal infections such as Ringworm to infectious viruses such as Feline Coronavirus. In the case of Feline Coronavirus, a mutation occurs in around 5% of infections. The first thing you can do to prevent this disease in Cats is to stop them from mixing with other cats from outside of your household.
